Shipping policy

FAST SHIPPING WITH LOW PRICES

• Our warehouse is centrally located for the most efficient shipping possible. In most cases you should receive your order in two to six days from date of purchase.  All packages are insured against loss at no extra charge.

WANT FASTER DELIVER?

• We offer Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day delivery, at an additional charge
• No refunds on upgraded shipping

 

PROCESSING ORDERS

• Orders are processed the next business day after the order is received
• Exceptions to timely delivery include incorrect addresses (we try to verify all addresses but only have the information we are given), severe weather conditions, and yearly holidays observed by UPS and USPS

 

WRONG ADDRESS CHARGE

• There will be a $15.00 charge to locate a package for delivery if there was an incorrect address given
• If an incorrect address is given, and the package cannot be recovered, you will be charged the full price of that order

 

PLEASE NOTE

• Certain products cannot be shipped with expedited shipping (Next Day, 2-Day, etc) or certain products may not be available in certain areas. You will be notified if those issues arise.
